Who wears the pants in your family? Anyone who feels like it. In the early days of fashion a woman in trousers was scandalous. But then, along came World War II and many women had to go to work in the factories and mines. Wearing dresses was uncomfortable in the plant and frilly frippery could be unsafe around machinery. It’s a special day that comes but once a year. It’s not Christmas or Easter, or National Talk Like a Pirate Day. We’re talking about National Lipstick Day! How did we all develop such an attraction to ruby red lips?
