RuPaul’s Drag Race has a trans man drag queen this season. The theory that Mona Lisa is Leonardo in drag has turned up again but this time researchers will attempt to prove it. He appeared in vaudeville, on Broadway and in movies, both silent and the talkies. There hasn’t been a female impersonator as popular or famous until the arrival of RuPaul on the drag scene. It certainly works much better than not making eye contact, staring at the floor while you mumble something. Today Kandi elaborates on one of her important rules — be confident. That means when you go to an event don’t be shy. Don’t act like you’re nervous or worried that people might “read” you. Just look them in the eye, smile and say hello.
