My Moment
Coach Char says we must be focused on the present moment. The hidden gem is that when truly engaged in the present moment, giving it all our attention, we are also not giving any attention to the past or future.
After decades of suffering, drug abuse and suicide attempts, I chose freedom; I humbly share with you the simple life skills I now practice to Consciously and Intentionally create an Amazing life I love, on a daily basis, so that you can too!

When Char came out to her boss as a trans woman he listened to her story then looked her in the eye and told her that he could support her during her transition but she had to “own it”. At the time Char didn’t have a firm idea of what that entailed but now she knows what it means and shares it with you in this blog.
One day Char realized that she was holding herself back by continuing to believe labels. She had spent years attempting to fit in and in doing so caused pain to herself and those she cared about. Now she refuses to fit into “Any”, other construct. She’s one of a kind and happy.
There is a saying about beer. You don’t buy beer, you rent it. Today Coach Char points out that all we own and all we are is only on loan to us. She feels that the transitory nature of existence should make everyone grateful for everything while we have it.

Coach Char has some advice that would benefit most everyone but works for transgender people, too. Try practicing what she advocates and see if you don’t have an easier time going through life.
Sometimes people get into relationships that become toxic. The thing to do is leave that relationship but as Charee writes today, it’s not that simple. Many things can stand in the way of leaving behind the drama and conflict. But, if you decide that you won’t take it anymore things can improve. You may experience A Magical Paradox like Charee did.
Charee took coming out as her true self in small steps. But one small step led to another and soon she found herself completely out. Then two month ago a custom home builder friend of hers called to ask if she was available to work on a job. When she reported to work she was introduced as Char.
