South Dakota’s governor is promoting herself and her anti trans bills on national TV. Vets can now add their gender identity to their VA records. A Dream and a Gold Locket
Our condolences go to Sophie Lynne whose mother passed away just recently. Sophie’s blog today looks back on the time when she was young and her mother’s jewelry attracted her. So much so that felt compelled to wear some of it. Guilt made it only a one time thing. Except for that gold locket.

Dina’s Diner is always good for an eclectic menu of tasty items that are sure to please any appetite. In this lesson Sabrina focuses on another method of training: Staccato — hitting a note in a repeated sharp effort. It helps hammer home your ability to perform said note, as well as trains your ability to suddenly stop and start, which will allow you to more easily flow between tight and relaxed, high pitch and low pitch, and blend your voice into whatever you want it to be.
Healing Can Take Time
