Legislation and judges placing a hold on legislation is ongoing. The DOJ sues Tennessee over its ban on gender affirming care. Zooey Zephyr, the one member of the Montana legislature who has first hand experience of gender affirming care, is banned from the floor of the House. Seven protestors are arrested following her banishment. The governor of Montana has a non-binary child but says that won’t keep him from signing the legislature’s anti-trans bill. Many drag queens go to the state capital to protest Florida’s new drag law. Hunter Schafer stars in the next Hunger Games movie. Evil Dead Rise features a trans male actor. Dylan Mulvaney speaks for the first time after the Bud Light kerfuffle. The Victoria branch of Australia’s Green Party will remove any member not willing to support a certain degree of transgender rights.
