A family court in Japan rules that requiring transgender people to have surgery before they can change their legal sex designation is unconstitutional. Felicity Chandelle (1905–2008), Pilot and Crossdresser
Our title is Felicity Chandelle (1905–2008), Pilot and Crossdresser. At age ten, in 1915, young John Miller was spending his free time at a local flight school. His ambition was to become a pilot. Miller did that. First delivering the mail to Camden, New Jersey, in a gyrocopter that took off from the roof of the Philadelphia post office, and becoming an airline pilot. Then in `969 the urge for feminine glamor struck and Felicity was born. Attending crossdresser meeting and events all over the east coast she was there at historic places. This is her story, sent to TGF by Jan Brown and Dallas Denny.

Then she lets it set as it goes through the ageing process and stirs in some swimmers to add a spicy resonance. While the batter settles and air bubbles pop Dina makes up a side dish of partners who dress for comfort while their other half dolls up. Closing out the meal is an appreciation of pantyhose and tights.

Streaming video has gone OTT, Over the Top, in India and one show that opened things up for trans actors was Sacred Games. The British series Sex Education adds a transgender character. Longer wait than there is for buying a gun—a new law in Nebraska requires a seven-day waiting period between the diagnosis of gender dysphoria and the start of medical treatment. The new transgender member of Nashville Metro Council talks about the challenges she and other transgender elected officials face. Fearing state laws Southeast Missouri University closes its LGBTQ+ resource center but reopens after students protest. Pose star Angelica Ross will leave show biz to run for office in Georgia. Deborah’s Story, Part 5

Republicans in the House add clauses to the Military Appropriations Bill that would stop the military from paying for gender-affirming care for members of the military. A new film from Salma Hayek features a trans woman coming home for Christmas. Taika Waititi’s new film tells the story of a transgender soccer player who is third gender. New Zealand’s Media Council and Broadcast Standards Authority find Posie Parker to be anti trans. A mausoleum for murdered transgender women has been opened in Mexico. At first she steers close to the dark side with a portion of well done anti trans hysteria but quickly chases away that decidedly unpleasant taste with a cleansing dose of shiny tights with fishnets over them. Dina adds a splash of Beyoncé before moving on to a possible sneaker trend among young women, before she looks at lady’s glasses and speculates on a photo from the ’50s that features two women who might be dancers.
