I just turned 70 today, so I think I am qualified to answer. I had GRS in Feb and FFS 3 weeks ago. I wish I had done this 30 yrs ago. I went to Mazzoni in philly for counseling and hormones and they are really informed consent and will give you a letter after a while as I don’t think you’ll find a doctor in the US to do the surgery without such a letter.
