The Kansas Supreme Court has denied Attorney General Kris Kobach’s request to allow the state to deny a request to change the gender listed on a driver’s license. Attorney General Kobach responded by requesting a special legislative session, to create a state law to cover the matter. The ACLU of Kansas has a press release.
