The Supreme Court has ruled that state legislatures may ban transgender athletes from participating in athletic competitions. NPR has this story.
Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote a concurring opinion in which he tries to rectify his vote that bans on transgender athletes are constitutional with his vote protecting transgender people from employment discrimination in the Bostock decision. This story is from The Hill.

The New Jersey legislature has, at long last, passed a law sheiding gender-affirming care for minors with gender dysphoria. Erin In The Morning reports that the governor plans to sign the legislation.

In 2003, the Daughters of the American Revolution amended their guidelines, saying that they would not discriminate against transgender women who applied for membership. A group of TERFs with the D.A.R. tried to declare that ban DEI, and re-amend the guidelines to have this overturned. The Daughters of the American Revolution rejected the attempt to overturn the resolution. Transgender women are still protected from deiscrimination when attempting to join the D.A.R.
