U.S District Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai vacated the Kennedy Declaration, which revoked all federal funding for hospitals which provided gender-affirming care to minors. This removes the threat of losing payment for services covered by Medicare or Medicaid. This decision is very likely to be appealed, quite possibly to the Supreme Court.
