As we mentioned in the news, the Supreme Court ordered lower courts to re-examine four cases involving transgender rights, in the light of the new ruling in U.S. v. Skrmetti. Three of the cases involve access to gender-affirming care, something which was not covered by the limited ruling in U.S. v. Skrmetti. For insisting that a ruling on a limited area needs to be applied to unrelated aspects of the law, six members of the Supreme Court gets a TWIT. Erin In The Morning has this story.

Erin In The Morning uncovered evidence that the FBI may be conducting a probe of paediatric hospitals which offer gender-affirming care to minors in states without a ban on such care for minors. For using law enforcement to harass law-abiding providers of medicine, and for releasing the results to media who are known to sensationalize the information, the FBI gets a TWIT if this is indeed true.
