A judge in Florida dismissed the case against 21-year-old Marcy Rheintgen, who was arrested for using the ladies’ room at the state Capitol. She is a transgender woman. The Advocate has this story.

The Supreme Court agreed to hear cases about whether the bans on transgender athletes in West Virginia and Idaho are constitutionally permissible. This story comes from NPR.
