An appeals court has found that President Trump’s ban on transgender troops likely violates the constitutional rights of those transgender troops. PBS News has this story.

A federal judge has ruled that sixteen U.S. states can sue the Trump administration in an attempt to stop their investigation into those who provide gender-affirming care to minors.
