Going above and beyond the call of duty I, Angela Gardner, got dolled up and went out on the night I have to stay in and work on TGForum’s Monday Edition. Why did I do it? Because the biggest Halloween party on the East Coast was happening in Philadelphia and I had to cover it for TGF.
