Such Strange Goings On! Henri David 2012
The Henri David Halloween Ball has been appearing in Philadelphia, Pa. since 1968, like clockwork, every Halloween. Between 9 and 10 p.m. the creatures of fantasy, legend and myth begin to gather in a center city hotel and at midnight the costume contest begins. Our own Sophie Lynne was there and files this report.
