Today our newest contributor Julie Slowinski writes about her first time out. It happened on a business trip that coincided with the LGBT friendly event, the Seattle International Film Festival. How could she not attend in her feminine finest? She brought enough clothes to provide outfits for every night, and she visited a thrift shop after she arrived, just to make sure had choices.
