What Made Tina So Cross?

Our columnist Linda Jensen brings us a cautionary tale this month. Ladies in the TG community sometimes do things they should probably not do and take chances they probably shouldn’t take. And the Internet can be an incubator for all sorts of thoughts about what might be “hot” or “sexy.” Is that online friend really who they claim to be? If you’re easily offended by descriptions of motel sex you shouldn’t click on the “more” link. If you want to find out what Linda did and what happened in that motel room then go ahead and read What Made Tina So Cross?.

When I had a chance for a one week winter vacation alone in California I grabbed it. It was a chance to enjoy a fantastic time in San Diego, being Linda day and night. I played golf several times. Of course I went shopping at some of their better malls and of course there was a visit to the SRO Lounge, San Diego’s meeting place for the TG set and their admirers. I also was able to share my time with friends I had met through URNotAlone and other on-line contact services.

One such meeting I had really been looking forward to was with Tina, a San Diego area crossdresser and Jeff, a local businessman who had responded to an ad I placed on Craig’s List. It didn’t turn out so great.

I had it arranged so that Tina would arrive at 3 p.m. and Jeff at 4 thus giving Tina plenty of time to get ‘dolled up’ and into the femme image I knew Jeff was expecting.

Tina arrived right on time bringing with her snack food and a couple of bottles of wine, all in a suitcase, and a fully loaded backpack. Is she going to be here for a week, I thought.

We talked for a while and it only took that short while to realize that Tina had the attention span of someone who’d been drinking a lot or was taking some sort of drug. Her eyes were bleary and she stumbled a lot.

“Hi there,” I said, “I’ve been trying to reach you by e-mail. There is a guy coming over and I wanted to check with you that it was okay.”

“Yes, I saw them,” she replied. There was no apology and no explanation of why she hadn’t responded. She seemed totally disinterested.

A few minutes later I reminded her that a man was coming over and she might want to get ready. “There’s a man coming over?” she said.

This could be trouble, I thought. I tried to get her to focus on the fact that within an hour we would have company and he expected to see two hot girls. She was more intent on telling me about her pole dancing experiences in Las Vegas and how she had won several ‘most beautiful legs’ contests.

Eventually she did start to get transformed, disappearing in to my bathroom for a long time, but that was okay. It was important she look just right. I pushed my cosmetics aside to make room for her.

Jeff was due at 4 p.m. but arrived late. It was a good thing s Tina did not finish getting ready until 4:15.  When she finally emerged she looked a mess. She was far from the Tina of the photo she had sent me.

Tina's email pic.

Despite a close shave her lack of concealer made her facial hair stand out. Her wig was a mess. She had to roll the top of her skirt over a couple of times to get it to almost stay up. We talked a bit, mostly about things she had already told me before the transformation.

“Aren’t my legs beautiful?” she asked. They weren’t especially so.

“I used to pole dance all the time in Vegas.”

“Good for you. That’s so brave.” I feigned interest. I was hoping she stayed together until our guest arrived.

Jeff finally appeared to what seemed like Tina’s surprise. Had she forgotten we had company coming? Tina immediately disappeared back into the bathroom. Oh no, I thought, is she leaving.

There was nothing much for Jeff and I to do than make idle chat. Jeff had come from Chula Vista,

Linda's guest, Tina.

a town on the south side of San Diego; we were on the north. We talked about traffic. I interrupted our conversation to check on Tina. She was standing by the bathroom counter reaching in to a little bag. Her lips were sloppy with a glossy substance. Her eyes were very bleary. She did not look good and she lurched around.

I returned to Jeff. We could get along without her, I thought. I wasn’t sure whether he would mind having just one girl when two had been promised. We kissed for a bit before I moved to open his fly. To my surprise Tina re-appeared. I guess I didn’t give her enough credit. It seems her bathroom visit had a purpose.

Positioning herself so that she could give oral sex to Jeff she eased me aside and let it be known to Jeff that her other end was open for business. She knew what she was doing. It seems at least some of her time in the bathroom had been spent lubricating and dilating herself. In short order Jeff was behind her, entered her without problem (and without protection which shocked me) and climaxed.

Shortly after that he said, “I’ve been called back to work.” He lied.

Tina wanted me to take Jeff’s place but I couldn’t. She played with me a bit but I had no interest in her. Eventually she decided it was time to change and leave. Back to the washroom she went.  That should have been the end of a routine story. With Tina nothing seems routine.

As the boy that had been Tina emerged I got up to say good-bye. That is when things really took a turn for the worse. I glanced in to the washroom to make sure he hadn’t forgotten anything. Whoa! Not only had he not forgotten anything of his, he had obviously packed up about 90% of my cosmetics.

“Tina, you’ve accidentally packed some of my cosmetics. I need them back.”

“What?”

“You have some of my make-up in your bag,” I said.

“No, I don’t”

“Yes you do. Look, the counter has been cleared of my stuff,’

“I don’t have anything of yours,” he insisted.

“Tina, why are you doing this? Just let me look in your case and I’ll get back what was mine.”

“No.”

He started to leave and that is when I blocked his way. I needed my make-up back. It was not that I couldn’t afford to buy more but I had a big date that night and needed the make-up to freshen up my look.

To make my point I pushed him and his bags back into the washroom. “You can’t touch me. You’ll be in trouble” he said, “you’re Canadian.”

I didn’t know what that had to do with anything but I knew that if this altercation got any louder or nasty a neighbor might complain to the front desk and I could get in trouble. I backed off. “Just let me take a look so we can sort things out,” I tried. “I’m not accusing you of stealing anything. It would have been easy to make a mistake,” I lied.

Backing off was probably a mistake. The male Tina came at me with fists flying. He landed three good blows to the right side of my face as I back-pedaled. He broke one of my favorite earrings.

“Okay, okay just leave” I pleaded. I was hurting. I was shocked. But most of all I didn’t want any more trouble.

“You sit down!” Tina screamed as he picked up a chair.

“Just take your things and go.”

Tina threatened me with the chair.

Just as suddenly as his temper erupted, it subsided. Tina put the chair down and started to leave. Then perhaps realizing what he had done he opened up his case and calmly started pulling my cosmetics out and placing them on the counter. Turns out he had packed more than I thought — concealer, foundation, eyeliners, finishing powder, lipstick, deodorant, toothpaste and my cherished bottle of Obsession.

Normally when I part with others I suggest we keep in touch. This time I said nothing.  I thought of calling the San Diego police to report this person under the influence on the road but decided against it. I had to get ready for another date.
