U.S. District Judge Danny reeves in Lexington, Kentucky, has given all school districts across the nation permission to ignore the rule on Title IX that was enacted recently by the Biden administration. The rule says that discrimination on the basis of gender identity is discrimination on the basis of sex. this rule was not going to be enforced by President-elect Trump’s Justice Department, so the ruling only speeds things up a bit. We reported last week that the rule package for the House of Representatives did not include Rep. Nancy Mace’s proposal for a restroom ban. So, how many Americans under the age or 25 have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria?? Fewer than 18,000, according to a new study by researchers from Harvard. Of those, fewer than 2,000 ever accessed HRT, and fewer than 1,000 ever accessed puberty blockers.
