Tasi Zuriack Passes
We are sad to report that our Fashion Maven, Tasi Zuriack, has passed away. Tasi began doing her fashion column for TGForum in 2012. We will miss her monthly take on what to wear and how to wear it.
She was admitted to the hospital on December 21 with severe occlusion of the arteries. She had two stents inserted and was home for Christmas Eve, but was readmitted on Christmas Day. Tasi passed away on December 30. She is survived by her wife.

I first heard from Tasi when she was in the process of setting ‘Sister House’ up, she invited me to be ‘The’ Australian contact/reporter. Initially I declined as I was out of the mainstream by then but I did submit a few items and we had a very friendly if, robust, relationship. ‘Robust’, as she was not above pinching things for her mag without mentioning it to the author! LOL
We spent one afternoon, Oz time, having a Skype conversation and I got to know her a lot better, her passion and enthusiasm for her cause was palpable.
She will be missed.
