The Republican candidate selected to run against the Democrat in North Carolina is the sponsor of the “bathroom bill.” The House of Representatives of the USA passed the Equality Act. Don’t expect it to make it through the Senate. House Republicans attempted to amend the Act to the point where it would have been anti-transgender.
