monday3-15-10After all the rain in the Philadelphia area over the weekend it’s hard to believe it’s not raining like nobody’s business and this isn’t stormy Monday. But it has settled down to some breezy showers and the rest of the week is set to be sunny and springlike. Yay! Bare legs and short shorts will soon be with us. But first the TGForum Monday Edition!

Today we bring you This Week In Transgenderism by our gallant News Editor Ronnie Rho. Ronnie fights her way through immense amounts of news to bring us a distillation of only the best TG news worth reading. This week she has links to stories on the proliferation of trans documentaries, news about contestants on RuPaul’s Drag Race, Lady Gaga and drag brunches. Don’t miss a single link in TWIT!

Our stalwart correspondent Miss Gina Vizavi journeyed to the Keystone Conference in Harrisburg, Pa. this past weekend and she has filed her report complete with photos. The Conference is produced by the TranscentralPA support group and this year’s event was the second in what looks to be a long line of Keystone Conferences. Over 200 people attended this year and Gina will fill you in on all the details in her Keystone Conference Report.

On March 1 we presented a report on Walter Williams Academic Transgender Studies Website. At that time we were waiting for answers  from Dr. Williams to questions submitted by Ronnie Rho. Ronnie got Dr. Williams’ answers this past week so we wrap up today’s Monday Edition with the additional information from Dr. Williams. His project is hosted here on the TGF servers and is supported by TGForum. Check out his site for the more intellectual side of transgenderism. Sorry, no photos but lots of interesting info from many ongoing studies on this thing we call TG.

See you all next week!
