Out & About: Revolution Nightclub — Orlando, Fl.

On Saturday November 10th, the girls from the Central Florida CD/TG Social Meetup Group met at Revolution Nightclub in Orlando, Florida. We planned to meet around 9 for a boot themed event at a place most girls hadn’t been to before —  which is really the purpose of the Meetups. I had been to this venue before and knew it was going to be great. I showed up a few minutes early to get a place at the bar were I knew everyone coming in would be able to see me.

Shortly after getting a drink from the friendly bartender, Kristen, the girls starting showing up and we hung around that area for awhile. Some of the girls played pool and some danced in the adjoining rooms. Kristin and Dixie took excellent care of us for awhile till we went to the show bar for the Drag Show. When the manager, Danny, asked if he could reserve some front row seats for us for the show I of course was delighted (another great experience). The show was hosted by Neema who did a phenomenal job entertaining us while the girls got ready to take the stage. Of course, Sasha Colby, Maya Andrews, Tasha Long and Poison Ivy were stunning and the performances were inspiring.

After the show, we went to the patio which had plenty of tables and chairs as well as its own bar, DJ and dance floor. We hung out there for the rest of the evening while interacting with the other patrons who were super friendly. We had over 18 girls and supporters come out for this event and overall the experience at Revolution was outstanding, I would definitely have another Meetup there and recommend it to anyone traveling to Orlando. The vibe is good, the people are friendly and the drinks were flowing. They also had Orlando PD for security which was great. Parking was a little tricky, I’d valet my vehicle there.
