Jamie Clayton was born in 1978 in San Diego. She moved to New York City when she was 19 to pursue a career as a makeup artist. She first got in front of the camera in 2010 when she became the makeup artist and co-host on VH1's first makeover show TRANSform Me. She had a recurring role in the HBO series Hung, and played the role of Nomi Marks in the Wachovski produced TV series Sense8.
