Hello one and all. Get comfortable with your morning coffee, fuzzy slippers and Monday Edition of TGF. Before I provide a concise summary of the contents of today’s edition I have to ask for your help. Over the past week we have been moving the TGF to different servers and upgrading parts of our software. In the move some things have gone askew, or just disappeared. If you have had a problem, particularly if it hasn’t cleared up, please let me know via email. With your help we’ll have the parlor straightened out again in no time.

In today’s edition you will find the ever popular This Week In Transgenderism by Ronnie Rho. This edition of TWIT features more on the blow back from zealot’s protests of the TG mayor, Chinese approval of a TG beauty pageant — after they wouldn’t let GGs hold one, to the lowdown on Amanda Lepore’s new, expensive, perfume. Don’t miss a bit of TWIT.

Transvocalizers by Pamela DeGroff covers TG Christmas music. Happy holidays! You’ll love to sing along with these merry old queens and don’t forget to leave a loose lipstick around on Christmas night. When they come down the chimney with your presents they’ll want to freshen up. Catch up with your holiday TG tunes with Transvocalizers.

Ronnie Rho was inspired by a new digital camera and decided to take a few photos… of herself, who else? What she came up with is a wonderful tutorial on how to take your own photos, and get into a corset with no one helping you. Her tips and tricks, along with a few hot photos, are all in Phun With Photos.

Don’t ya hate it when things don’t work right? I know I do. In fact, our new blog software update hasn’t been doing right by me as I put this edition together and I’ve all but pulled every strand of hair out. Fortunately I’m wearing an old wig and when you pull out wig hair it’s not painful. But, last week we published the first of a new series by Linda Jensen and part of it would not display. A few months back we ran a feature called Who’s That Lady! and it would not work for most of you. I think I fixed the problem. Take a look at Making Some Adjustments and see. (If it doesn’t work just shoot me.)

From time to time we bring you a TGF Rerun. I reach back into the TGF Library and pull out an article from the golden years of hand coded html, dust it off and spruce it up a bit and present it anew. This month I’ve refurbished Laurie Sheril’s review of the 1982 classic crossdressing military comedy, Private Popsicle. OK, “classic” doesn’t apply but it does involve soldiers dressing up and other amusing antics. Don’t miss the TGF Rerun.

And that’s today’s additions to the continuously evolving TGForum. Remember to report any glitches, or things that have gone missing as we redecorate. Thanks!
