The 2014 French film The New Girlfriend begins with a woman losing her best friend. Then one day she stops by her deceased friend’s home and runs into the woman’s husband dressed up in her clothes, wearing a wig and makeup. The husband is portrayed by actor Roman Duris and his dressing up isis way of coping with the loss of his wife.
