Lobby Day Date Changed
The new date for Lobby Days is March 13-25, 2011
Since the dates for The National Center for Transgender Equality’s annual Policy Conference and Lobby Day were originally set the new Congressional leadership has published a revised calendar, adding a week at home in their districts which falls during the same week as the NCTE conference.
So that all those interested in going to Washington will be able to meet with lawmakers and their key staff members, NCTE is changing the Conference dates to March 13-15. NCTE sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes anyone.
The program and events for the Policy Conference and Lobby Days remain the same and NCTE is continuing to plan exciting speakers and opportunities during the event.
The conference is absolutely free to attend, but you must register so The National Center for Transgender Equality can make your appointments on Capitol Hill and plan for your participation in the conference.
