TGF reader Alvaro Hrgic was so upset with the recent spate of restroom laws that he decided to apply some philosophy to refuting the need for these laws. In this opinion piece he uses thr Harm Principle to evaluate the restrictive restroom laws. The Harm Principle says that the only legitimate restraint of someone’s rights is to limit their rights in order to protect others from harm.
