Fantasia Fair is a conference, convergence, trans event that is a week-long held in Provincetown, Massachusetts every October. This year FanFair became TransWeek. The gathering on Cape Cod has been happening since 1975. Attendees have all week to be themselves and participate in planned and unplanned activities.
