Hello, hello loyal readers. It’s time for another edition of Transgender Forum! Today we start off with the fruits of News Editor Ronnie Rho’s labors — This Week In Transgenderism. She’s got a wholesome variety of stories featuring TGs, from the shocking allegations that TGs in India are kidnapping boys and making them work the streets as girls to the tale of a 16 year old boy thrown out of school for wearing girl’s clothes, the research project that has scanned the brains of living transsexuals and found something interesting and the tell-all book written by a member of the Hemingway family who says that Papa dawdled in mama’s outfits now and then. It’s all there this week in TWIT.

Dr. Cerise Richards joins the team this week with an article on a group of TG friends who meet up in the New Hope, Pennsylvania area for leisurely meals en femme at many of the area’s fine restaurants. They’re single handedly doing their part to reverse the economic downturn and making TGs visible in the mainstream community at the same time. Read all about the TG dining group in Transgender Heaven.

Pamela DeGroff’s Perpetual Change brings us the story of two places where TG musicians are making sweet music. The GLBT Arts Festival set for Philadelphia in May and the TG open mic night that’s laying down some grooves in Chicago. Get the story on both in this month’s Perpetual Change.

Keep in mind we’re planning a Spring/Easter Pictorial to run right around Easter time. Send me your photos in you best Easter/Spring attire along with your name and, if you’re out somewhere public in the photo, where the photo was taken. Just email the photos to me and I’ll let you know when the pictorial will hit the site.

For the past few weeks we’ve been wondering if you’re out there. Time for another try at making TGF more interactive. The Comment boxes are below each blog or article in hopes that you’ll be moved to say something to everyone about what you thought of the content. Lately no one has had anything to say. We usually just assume that it means you love everything but now and then we get paranoid and have to ask, do you love everything? Or, we start to thing the Comment feature isn’t working. (It’s happened.) So, if you’re moved by something go ahead and leave a comment on it. Unlike performers using bad sound systems we love feedback.

Enjoy this week’s TGF!
