Out.com reports that Dylan Mulvaney is auditioning for a Broadway revival of Cabaret. More specifically, it is reported that she is auditioning for the role of Sally Bowles.

U.S. District Judge Sarah Geraghty has issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting the enforcement of part of the Georgia law banning gender-affirming medical care for minors. Judge Geraghty wrote, “The imminent risks of irreparable harm to Plaintiffs flowing from the ban-including risks of depression, anxiety, disordered eating, self-harm, and suicidal ideation-outweigh any harm the State will experience from the injunction.” The Associated Press has this story.

The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a judge’s injunction on enforcement of Alabama’s law banning gender-affirming medical care for minors. We reported last week that several school districts in Virginia are not going along with the new laws passed by the state legislature and signed into law by Governor Glenn Youngkin. This week, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares issued a statement that the state Department of Education’s guidelines comply with both federal and state law. A new research paper published in JAMA Network claims that the number of gender-confirmation surgeries has tripled in a three-year span, from 2016 to 2019. This would be about in line with when the effects of the Affordable Care Act were becoming visible.
