monday0609just another manic Monday! And that means it’s time for The TGForum Monday Edition. We start today with another installment of News Editor Ronnie Rho’s This Week In Transgenderism. Would you believe Ronnie has found each and every story with even a teeny, tiny taste of TG and assembled them here for your reading pleasure? Well yes, she has. She’s even ferreted out the story of the 66 year old Republican businessman from Texas who started dressing up publicly cause it makes him feel good. She tells us about the half man, half woman singer in the Philippines, the ticked off trannies who are protesting TOTWK, the TG who got out of prison, complained to the media about her treatment behind bars and now — cause the story outed her — lost her job. They were holding her job while she went to the gray bar hotel? As with all of these stories, if you want just the facts, you gotta read your TWIT.

Pamela DeGroff brings us a story from Georgie Jessup, a TG musician/singer who has been featured in TGF before. While previous appearances in Perpetual Change have dealt with Georgie’s music this time the story is about an incident of TG discrimination she had to endure. In Rehoboth, Delaware, of all places. Guess she wasn’t playing there during Beauty and The Beach. To get the story about Georgie and to read some reviews of new dance music don’t miss Perpetual Change.

Rounding out our selection this week is this month’s TG History column by Michelle Moore, our TG historian in residence. Since it’s April and that April fools thing always happens this time of year Michelle decided to do an easy, light TG History quiz. We think she’s just slacking and we’re going to take strict disciplinary measures. April fool, Michelle! Good job with a lighthearted quiz.  Take Michelle’s Absolutely The Easiest Transgender History Quiz You’ll Ever Take! And then be sure to read the answers.

That’s it for this Monday Edition. Enjoy!
