She’s saucy and sexy but who is he? She’s “America’s Mayor” Rudolph Giuliani. Did his tendency to climb into a dress and heels put a stop to his presidential bid? He does have a long record of drag appearances. But, as much as we wanted to see a crossdresser in the White House some of his other characteristics made him less than ideal.
