Hi Gwen,
I saw your question several weeks ago about gay acceptance versus crossdressing acceptance. I keep trying to come up with an answer but can only come up with some thoughts. It might be that being gay is somewhat more acceptable since gay rights have been a movement for over a half century. Maybe it is because as crossdresser we are part of the Trans community and there is so much bullying and hate for us with far-right people. Anyway, I wish I had a better answer.
