I have been using male to female hormones for 6 months now and am looking forward to my gender affirming surgeries. My transitional counselor informed me that one requirement of attaining the surgeries is that I have someone to care for me after the surgeries and I really have no one to assist me. Has anyone had a similar experience. I really would welcome any advise or suggestions on how to solve my problem.
