If you know your size, mail order is always an option. Companies like Lane Bryant and Roman’s know that a good portion of their business is CD’s. It’s just business to them. It use to be pretty easy to get a credit card in you new chosen name from them to help establish credit in your new name. But then again things have probably changed in the last 30 years. It’s probably easier to get you name changed on your credit report now than back then.
