Good morning my little Tasty Cakes! It’s a bright and sunny day and TGForum is hot off the press. In this week’s lineup we bring you the ever popular and always comprehensive TWIT Notes. Not to be confused with Cliff Notes, a compilation of different cliffs around the world, TWIT brings you all the news that our News Editor Miss Ronnie Rho can dig up containing the words “transgender,” “crossdresser,” “transsexual,” or “trannie ho.” She has a fine selection for us today covering everything from a TG homecoming queen to TGs joining the military to butch up, low quality condoms for TGs in India and a whole lot more. Next we journey to the Land of Lexy for this month’s chapter of Kyra Kelly’s Lexy Tranner — Weekend CD. There’s no way to tell you about this cartoon without giving away the punchline so… you’ll have to read it to see what Lexy is up to.

Miss Veronica Vera sent us an announcement of the inclusion of a film she worked on with two Jackass type lads from England in a kinky film festival in New York City. Seems the lads, who are, as mentioned, performers in the vein of the Jackass crew, thought it would be a hoot to get the full course of treatment from Miss Vera’s femme finishing school. I bet they come out as right proper ladies. Sure. But, the film that was made (and shown on the telly in England in 2005) is now appearing in the Cinekink festival that opens this week in New York City. Noted TG attorney Phyllis Randolph Frye announces the online availability of The Proceedings of the International Conference on Transgender Law and Employment Policy, and it’s free. Check out all the info on how to access the Proceedings here.

TGF Members are getting pro-active and taking matters into their own (well manicured) hands. The Chat Room has been empty for long stretches of time. It’s so bad we have to go in and vacuum out the cobwebs every so often. Attempts have been made to let those who love to chat know that the room would be occupied at certain times and nothing has really gotten people to use the facility. Now TGFer Carolyn Kay has made a proposal for a Chat Room Schedule. She did it in the other underused thing at TGF, the BBS. In case you haven’t seen it check out her post in the BBS. Respond to her proposal there or contact her through the TGF email system. If you organize it they will come!
