Spread the love

As the gender map changes and many with male biology adopt feminine lifestyles confusion abounds among not just the straight world but here in genderland as well. How do we continue to put people in categories, as we’re programmed to do, when the differences between a trans lady and born lady become less and less? Will it come down to a slight difference in the way a girl does her eyeliner? Maybe the type of fabrics she wears? In this month’s Lexy toon Lexy herself wonders how we’ll every be able to define when someone is a “real deal woman” and her friend provides the obvious answer. What could it be? Ya gotta read Lexy Tranner — Weekend CD!

All the funnies aside – it’s been five days and the layout is still not right. How bout posting the punchline here
Also it script wrap for these comments continues over the line where the frame is writing over the toon.

It’s a little better, now I can see 2 and half frames.
All I can see of the third frame is Lexy with half the bubble.
Even more of a tease than before, are you laughing.
    Thanks for trying.

I would do that but…it’s only a three framer. (Drum roll.) I just tried making a change. Please let me know if you can see it now.

Hi Angela, I am not receiving the whole cartoon either, however I like your sense of humor.
Maybe you could stack the cartoon, the first two frames over the last two. Did I just say Lexy is stacked?

Well, get off of it before it breaks! 🙂
I do the TGF layout on a Mac so I usually expect if someone is having a problem it is because I’m Mac and they’re PC.

  6. says:

Angela, I got your sense of humor, but I’m on a MAC….. ;P

  7. angela_g angela_g says:

I apologize. I was making a funny but I guess I was off the mark. I take every concern with the performance of TGF seriously and I’ll send this issue along to Alaina to look at. This happened before and it was an alignment issue but the graphics of the cartoon are not aligned, they are set to default, so that must not be the problem. Again, I’m sorry if my silly sense of humor offended.

  8. says:

IE 8 and the full cartoon is not there – also your response is quite condescending and NOT what I would expect

We do it because we’re mean, my pretties! No, we’re not doing anything different with Lexy than we ever did. Only a few people report these problems so I have to suspect their browsers. Do you all have new browsers? Tell me what browsers your using and how long you’ve been using them. Chances are if you go your computer five years ago or more and you’re still using the browser that came with it you’re not getting the complete web experience. We’re really not mean!

  10. says:

Why cover up the last part of the toon?

    Can’t see the entire cartoon!
