    Hi to my sisters
My name is Tinalynn, and I’m in my mid 50s.
I have been Transitioning for the past couple and I’m at the point to where
I now live pretty much full time.
and I need to find to better employment
    while I can.
and with the employment situation way it is for now where more available
jobs then there are those that will fill those openings.
So I’m planning for the first time since I started my Transitioning to
    look for work.
so the advise I seek ,,,
is how do I dress when working to work as either dishwasher or stock person
    or waitress.?.

Hi Tinalynn – congratulations and good luck to you! A good rule is for an interview is to err on the side of caution, i.e. dress slightly above the level you are interviewing for.

I’m in the corporate IT world, and my last interview a few years ago was for a contributor level position at a company with a business casual dress code. Even so, for that I wore a business professional look – powder blue pantsuit and a white cami, with nude heels.

Considering what you have described, I would think that a business casual look would make a good impression – i.e. nice top, casual slacks or skirt, and comfortable but tasteful flats. Everything coordinating, and nothing too revealing.

Nude heels, along with nude hose if you’re wearing a skirt or a dress, are always a safe bet. Not only do they make you look thinner, but they’re not as attention getting. If you’re not comfortable with nude heels, then tan, brown, black, white are safe bets, you should avoid bright colors. Also, open-toes or peep-toes should be avoided in the work place, stick with closed toes. Slingbacks are great because you can easily wear them barefoot or in hose, where with pumps, you generally have to decide when you buy them, if you’re going to wear them barefoot or in hose, and fit them accordingly.

If you have no problem wearing high heels, go for it – but, you don’t want to be too tall. If you’re taller than your interviewer, she might feel like you’re pulling rank. If you’re not comfortable in high heels, at least try to wear medium heels, 2 to 2 1/2 inches. Trans women generally have a harder time in heels than natural women because the natural woman’s hips and pelvis are wider than that of a trans woman, to facilitate childbirth. The much wider quadriceps angle that natural women have make it much easier for them to wear heels than trans women. All I can say is, “practice, practice, practice!”

Once again I am convinced that the company employs professionals who approach the work and tasks entrusted to them with great responsibility. At one time, and even now, I had to turn https://educibly.com/ to these employees about writing various term papers, abstracts, and subsequently a diploma. Everything was done perfectly and I will continue to cooperate with this company.

If you have no problem wearing high heels, go for it modelling near me– but, you don’t want to be too tall. If you’re taller than your interviewer, she might feel like you’re pulling rank

It seems to me that for any interview you need to dress more or less strictly, but without busting. Sometimes companies themselves write what their dress code is, or this information is available on the website in the “hiring” section. In any case, a semi-formal style will be appropriate for most interviews.

Depends on the Job. I would a wear conservative male suit and tie, with cute pair of pastel panties and lovely pantygirdle with sheer RHT stocking attached to the garters of my girdle.
