Alright everybody! Let’s get up and at ’em! You’re all warmed up and stretched out now so you’re ready for your morning workout. Pump that dance music and let’s go! First we’re going to do some work on those all important thigh muscles with a good aerobic routine to This Week In Transgenderism. TWIT will work your thighs and get that circulation going. It’s got all the hottest TG news from all around the world and it was hand assembled by News Editor Ronnie Rho. Hey! It’s organically grown!

Then, while you’re still feeling the burn from that one we’re going to jump into a brisk workout that will get your leotards all sweaty. We’re going to take on a full session of Stochastic Musings by Kalina Isato. Kalina is into art, art criticism, talking trash to cheap tippers and photographing hot, young TGs holding paintball guns in this edition of her Musings. Let’s work those stochastic muscles ladies!d

Next, after a brief rest, we’ll dive into a brisk two step featuring Beth Isbell. That’s right, this work out is Pamela DeGroff’s Transvocalizers and she’s got part two of her interview with Beth Isbell. Watch out for flying aardvarks! Beth has a lot of good advice!

We’ll wrap up today’s morning workout with a relaxing long muscle workout to Theresa, Chapter 44. Hebe Dotson has taken Terri through a lot in the past few years and now, after Terri has had her SRS, she’s got her crossdressing as a man. What da hey? You’ll have to stick to your regimen and get completely through Theresa this month to find out how that happened. And twist, and jump and one, two, three. That’s it ladies. You’re getting another great Monday morning work with your TGForum Monday Edition.
