monday0210Hi Everyone! Happy Memorial Day! Today we begin with our usual potpourri of piquant TG pulchritude — yes, that’s right! It’s the awesome work of TGF News Editor Ronnie Rho — The Week In Transgenderism! (I changed it from “this” which made no sense seeing as how it’s all stories from last week.) Ronnie has crawled through the many paths that wind through that vast repository of every possible story ever — the Internet — and dug out the tastiest ones that have even a kernel of transgender content. She has assembled links to the story about Matt Lauer and a lady who seems to be post-op (and we’re not talking about a tonsilectomy), the TG veteran whose VFW post has asked her to dress like a man for monthly meetings (do tell), President Obama’s proclamation of June as GLBT Pride month, Pakistani police breaking up a TG wedding, how the Chinese are trying to grapple with more and more TGs popping out of the closet, and, a whole lot more, all in TWIT.

Next as you scroll down the page you’ll find Christine Beatty’s TransActive column. This month there were a lot of things going on that she could have covered but, for reasons that she explains, she has decided to take a crack at giving us a few ideas on how you tell someone  on the way to becoming your significant other that you didn’t always have female genitalia. (This assumes that you do have a lovely ne0-vagina. You’ll have to wait till I write the column on how CDs can tell their boy/girlfriend that they don’t have a vagina.) Check it out for some fun tips on how to break the news. It’s all in this month’s TransActive.

Linda Jensen has more in her continuing story about the man who knows all about and loves her equipment in My Favorite Martin, Part 3. While out on a romantic evening Linda pops the question (why does he like TG ladies?) and Martin gives her his answer. Linda shares it with us in her column this month, My Favorite Martin, Part 3.

And that is our TGForum Monday Edition for Memorial Day, May 31, 2010. Enjoy the day and if you get a chance kiss at vet!
